Veteran scientist R Chidambaram, architect of Indian nuclear programme, dies at 88
Eminent physicist Rajagopala Chidambaram, who was associated with India's nuclear weapons programme, died at Jaslok Hospital in Mumbai at the age of 88 on Saturday.
