Empty chairs at INDIA rally to symbolise Hemant Soren, Arvind Kejriwal's presence
Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal were absent from the rally but their wives Kalpana Soren and Sunita Kejriwal respectively were seated on the dais.
