9 special polling stations for internally displaced people in Outer Manipur seat
The Outer Manipur Lok Sabha seat is all set for Phase 2 of the national elections. Special arrangements have been made for voters to exercise their franchise. Nine special polling stations have been set up for internally displaced people to cast their votes.
