Russia detains man for killing general on orders of Ukraine's security service
Chief of Russia's Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Protection Troops, Igor Kirilov, was killed on Tuesday along with his assistant when a bomb attached to an electric scooter went off near his apartment in Moscow.
