Congress goes to poll panel against BJP for video 'inciting communal hatred'
The Karnataka Congress has filed a complaint with the Chief Electoral Officer of the state, accusing the BJP of inciting communal hatred and enmity after the latter tweeted a video pertaining to the Muslim quota debate.
